    Prenatal sessions:

    • One intake visit before birth

    • Support during your entire labor and delivery

    • Up to 20 hours of visits before and after childbirth.

    Prenatal visits —get to know each other, provide information, discuss your birth questions and preferences, practice comfort techniques, and develop a birth and postpartum plan.

    Phone/text/email support: From the time of hire through postpartum to answer questions and share resources.

    On-call availability: from 37 weeks

    Immediate postpartum support

    In-home postpartum Visit within the first two weeks to check-in, talk about the birth experience, and address any postpartum concerns. Additional support optional up to a year postpartum
